Each candidate’s career profile will be given a verification rating.
Everyone starts with a neutral rating. Your career profile verification rating will increase with each attribute that has been verified positively. The higher your rating the greater the chance of the Employer looking at your details over someone else who has a low career profile rating.
Gold stars – The more gold stars, the more verified the candidates’ career profile is.
Red stars – Candidates’ career profile is highly likely to be fake. These are automatically excluded from talent pools for Employers to review.
