Trouble receiving emails from us?

Check your email settings 

Step 1: Make sure that your email address is up to date

Step 2: Allow emails from inkscroll 

Check that your mail client is isn’t blocking emails from no-reply@inkscroll.com 

Step 3: Check spam folders and other email filters

Check your spam or junk folder, as well as any inbox filters, just in case emails from us are being sent there by mistake. Make sure you have no-reply@inkscroll.com in your email safe list.

Troubleshoot specific emails


Ask the sender to confirm that they sent your invite to the correct email address. They can always send you a new invitation if needed.

Tip: Are you a Team Owner? You can view pending invitations when viewing a Team, click Invite to check.
