- Log into your account
- And click on the Help icon and select the topic ‘Account closure request’
- We would appreciate you letting us know why you’re closing your account with us
- Click on Submit this support request
- We will acknowledge your request via email, and where needed, confirm your identity first in order to check your account details before the request can be actioned
- We will email you once your account has been closed as confirmation
What will happen?
Once we have double checked that it was the rightful person that made the request. We will schedule your account closure within 28 days.
Account closure will result in us deleting all your personal data and removing your account from our System.
I’ve changed my mind and want to keep my account
We would be glad to hear of that! Please let us know via return email within 21 days of your account closure request and we’ll confirm that we won’t close your account as requested.
What happens after my account has been closed?
Once you have received confirmation of the account closure (which includes deleting your personal data) deletion confirmation email from us, should you wish to use inkscroll in the future, you will have to sign up and add your information again.
I didn’t receive the account closed confirmation email
Email doesn’t have a guaranteed delivery mechanism or we may be sitting in your spam folder. You can email us directly and ask or even quicker, try to log on or do a forgot password request. If either fails then it is highly likely that your account has been closed.
