To sign in to inkscroll, all you need is the email address that you used to create your account and access to your email inbox to retrieve a confirmation code.
- If you’ve forgotten your current password, go to the Log In page and click Forgot password? and we’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password.
Troubleshooting
You haven’t received a password reset email
Check your Spam folder. If emails from Slack aren’t getting delivered to your inbox, make sure to add no-reply@inkscroll.com to your safe senders list to allow emails from us.
We can’t find an account registered with your email
If you see a message telling you that we can’t find an account registered with your email address, it usually means one of two things:
- There’s a mistake in your email address. It could be a typo or the wrong email address. Check that it’s the same email that you used to sign up.
- You may not be registered with us. Try to sign up with that email.
