Any team member can choose to leave a team at any time. This can be done by viewing the Team details and clicking on Leave.
Team Owners will not be allowed to leave the team until the team has no Members associated with it.
If you leave a Team by mistake, you will need to contact the Team Owner or an existing Team Member to be invited back.
