inkscroll has a curated Job Board. We’ve taken a ‘pay it forward’ approach and ask our jobseekers community to help to ensure the information is as accurate as possible.
There’s a lot of expired, phantom job vacancies and real vacancies – which have very limited information that will keep determine if applying to a vacancy is worth your time or not. We want to help the jobseeker and eliminate those time wasters.
How we are different from other job boards
The more we understand about the job vacancy, the better it is for both prospective applicants and the Employer offering the job. We advocate for transparency which includes compensation details including salary and also highlight what the ‘must have’ requirements are for a vacancy from an Employer’s perspective.
Here’s what makes us different:
- We will reach out to the company asking them for more details about their vacancy to make sure that the information is accurate and as complete as possible
- You can filter out vacancies that don’t match what you are looking for with your personal job board filter.
- We encourage useful comments to be made on job listings to aid all jobseekers.
- We show how many inkscroll users have applied for the same job listing.
- We give you the option to store your answers to questions during the recruitment process, only the questions are shared with the rest of the community.
- We like to know what the interview process steps are. It helps you be better prepared.
Contributing a job listing
To contribute a job listing that either you’re interested in, have applied or think someone else would be interested in:
- From the navigation menu, select Career / Jobs then click on Add Job Listing
- The job listing source website link field is mandatory if you found the vacancy somewhere on the Internet (needs to be unique)
- Enter the job title (mandatory)
- Enter the employer or agency (mandatory)
- Enter as much of the rest of the optional information as you can and select Add
As you find out more information about the job vacancy you can decide to share that information with everyone else by adding a comment to the job listing.
Deleting a job listing
If you created a job listing and it has no application records associated with it, you can delete it.
